A year is enough time to rebuild your life from the inside out. To pray instead of panic. To invest in yourself even when no one is clapping yet. To create healthier habits, make plans, and show up consistently—while still allowing yourself to be human.🧍♀️
Be disciplined, yes.☝But also be messy. Be loud. Speak your heart without fear. Love deeply. Love yourself fiercely. And let yourself be loved in return! Let someone grow flowers in the darkest parts of you 🌷
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start. One choice, one boundary, one brave decision at a time.
