Comes from our own condemnation.
Focuses on our failures.
Leads to self-punishment.
Brings heaviness.
Pushes us away from God.

❎ SHAME

Keeps us stuck.
Focuses on our past.
Breeds fear.
Leads to hiding.
Distorts our identity.

“Do you disregard the riches of His kindness, tolerance, and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness leads you to repentance?” (Rom 2:4)
