- Because She Believed – A Story of Faith and HopeOn Easter Sunday 2016, God broke my heart when He answered my prayer. My prayer to God had been, “Please God, show me your heart!” His answer broke my heart and inspired my soul. He answered my prayer with a vision of my oldest daughter that challenged my faith. Our little waiting room had become our quiet refuge as we sat bound by the inevitability of the unknown.
